We provide clinical therapy and medication services on an outpatient (no overnight stay) basis with a person-centered, individualized treatment plan to help meet your needs and goals.

Woodhaven Apartments (in Hays) and Colby House (in Colby) offer subsidized apartment rentals for adults who have serious mental illness.
Community-Based Support Services
We provide case management and psycho-social rehabilitation services to adults and youth as needed in the communities and schools where they live, work and play.
