We offer competitive wages with room for advancement and a comprehensive portfolio of benefits, including health, vision and dental insurance, AFLAC supplemental insurance, flexible spending account, seven paid holidays and five paid continuing education days. We can also provide convention funds to help professionals obtain CEUs, and scholarship funding is available for staff wanting to pursue advanced degrees and clinical licensure. Matching for KPERS and 403(b) retirement funds is available.
We strive to remain at the forefront of evidence-based clinical treatments and cutting-edge medical technology, all with the goal of improving client outcomes and better serving our communities. We are one of the first CMHCs in the nation to offer TMS and are proud to be one of Kansas’ first CCBHCs.
We work with successful job candidates to complete all necessary licensure and certifications and to renew BSRB certification annually. Onboarding training is specific to each position and is provided during the initial staff orientation period. As noted above, clinical staff are provided with convention leave and funding to help obtain required CEU credit hours.
