High Plains has a partnership with two facilities in Northwest Kansas to provide housing for those with a diagnosis of Serious Mental Illness. Our staff provides day-to-day management of each property. Woodhaven Apartments LP is located in Hays, and Colby House LP in Colby.

Woodhaven Apartments LP

Located in Hays, Kansas, Woodhaven Apartments consists of 20 one-bedroom units. This facility also offers on-site Community Support Services and group space for gatherings and recreation. There is a large courtyard for outdoors enjoyment. All apartments are smoke and tobacco free. A diagnosis of Serious Mental Illness is required for housing services. Colby House LP

Located in Colby, Kansas, the Colby House facility offers 16 private, one and two bedroom units. The facility also offers a lobby for social gatherings. This complex is ideally situated near restaurants and retail establishments. All apartments are smoke and tobacco free. A diagnosis of Serious Mental Illness is required for housing services.
